At AgroHome, customer satisfaction is important to us. We take utmost care in maintaining the quality and safety of our plant nutrition, fertilizer, and plant care products.
Returns Eligibility
You may request a return within 7 days from the date of delivery.
To qualify for a return:

The product must be unused, unopened, and unaltered.

The item must be returned in its original packaging with all seals intact.

The product should be in the same condition in which it was delivered.
For safety, hygiene, and chemical stability reasons, opened or used products cannot be returned.
This includes products such as:

AgroHome Plant Health Tonic

AgroHome Soil Health Booster

Any other liquid nutrient, fertilizer, or plant care formulation that has been opened or tampered with.
Refund Process
Once we receive your returned item, our team will inspect it carefully.
After inspection:

You will receive a notification regarding the approval or rejection of your refund request.

If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method.

Refunds are generally credited within 5–7 working days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled before dispatch.
